Every Friday night Liquified take over WetBar in Midtown. Yes, it’s normally a gay bar, but Friday nights are straight night and every week Liquified bring in some of the world’s best DJ’s. Already this year we’ve seen BT, Tommy Sunshine, Junkie XL, Josh Wink and DJ Icey. Last night was one of the best yet when a nearly sold-out crowd caught an amazing set from producer/DJ Deadmau5.
It’s a bit hard to explain why this is such a good night out, but put it this way…. If you tired of listening to the top 40 dance crap that they spin at Compound and Opera and want a proper Miami-class night out, you’ve go to go to Swerve. You won’t be disappointed and you won’t have to listen to another remix of NeYo’s Closer while fat birds squat down in their apple-bottom jeans. Trust us, this might be the best club night out of the week.
