Harris has had the pleasure of writing with, playing with and and/or producing artists from Dave Matthews, Cassandra Wilson, Derek Trucks, Santana, Marc Broussard, Guy Sebastian and John Mayer. Laramie Dean returns to the Earl with Jimmy Dale. Laramie has lived and toured with Dick Dale. He played over 400 shows with Agent Orange. Jimmy Dale played his first drum solo on stage with his Dad in Boston MA when he was just 18 months old. He has lived his entire life perfroming. He designed his own model guitar for Fender. He started touring full time with Laramie Dean in 2010 when he graduated high school. Their music has been described by TX Underground as “authentic reverb heavy surf music, but with crunchy distortion, and a punk attitude, it makes the term ‘Surf Punk’ well warranted.”
Blueprint & Illogic @ The Drunken Unicorn
Blueprint (aka Printmatic), is an emcee and producer from the city of Columbus, OH who began his career with the release of a couple unassuming cassette tapes in 1999. Although his initial buzz came from his work as a producer, the formation of Soul Position with instrumentalist RJD2 pushed Blueprint into the spotlight as an emcee. Illogic erupted into the Columbus hip hop scene when at the young age of 16 he claimed the 1996 Columbus Hip Hop Expo MC battle, surrounded by what would come to be the core of the emerging ‘Bustown sound.
