We are looking for a highly-motivated, well-organized, tech-savvy, energetic individual who loves live events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business via phone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Ticket Alternative and Freshtix platforms and suite of services.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation to signed agreement to maintaining a continuous relationship with the client.
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge to allow for effective presentation of our platform and services.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in Pipedrive.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Previous experience in sales in the ticketing industry or in a field preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
- Extensive cold calling experience in a highly competitive field.
- Entrepreneurial and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tool such as Pipedrive or Salesforce

I would absolutely love to apply for this position. I have extended direct marketing experience including management. I am very comfortable with sales and commission based income. I also have a very outgoing, attractive personality coming from several years in the hospitality industry. Applying sales to a music platform like this would be great for me. I have been producing for 10 years as a hobbyist, so it is safe to say it’s my passion. The only credential I didn’t have that I noticed is a bachelors degree. I actually denied my full academic scholarship to FSU to pursue music, however I must say that coming from a sales background, a degree doesn’t make a good salesperson, a personality does.
