Well here’s your chance. The Braves are looking for bands to play at the Fan Plaza during games. From the team’s website:
Your band could perform on the Fan Plaza Stage at Turner Field for a Braves game this season! The Braves are now accepting submissions for cover and original bands to entertain the tens of thousands of fans that attend Braves games. Bands selected will also receive free tickets for band members to that night’s game and a special discount code to pass along to their loyal followers to see them live in action! There’s never been a better way to get your band exposed to more than 40,000 people in one show!
One lucky band will also be selected as the “Braves Band of the Year” and win a private suite to the final home game of the 2009 season and a chance to play at Eddie’s Attic in Decatur. Eddie’s Attic has been the launching pad to stars like John Mayer, Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland and more… your band could be next!!
