GETTING THERE

The Fred is located at 201 McIntosh Trail, Peachtree City, Ga 30269.

RIDE SHARE – PICK-UP AND DROP OFF

The location for Uber, Lyft or other ride share services is at McIntosh Trail in front of Huddleston Elementary School, directly across the street from the Fred parking lot.

PARKING

Parking for regular vehicles and golf carts is located directly outside the venue.

BOX OFFICE / WILL CALL

Picking up tickets at Will Call? Need to purchase tickets on site at the event? The Box Office and Will Call opens at 5:30pm!

LOST TICKETS?

Log in to your account on ticketalternative.com to reissue your tickets. Call us at 877-725-8849 or email us at [email protected]. A customer service representative can reissue your tickets to Print at Home or switch you to will call to be picked up at the box office on the night of the event. FOOD AND BEVERAGE

The Fred’s concession stands will be open! This year’s menu features plenty of delicious choices so come hungry! Grab a juicy ½ lb Fred Burger, Wings, Slice of Pizza or a gourmet Newk’s sandwich or salad while supplies last. To see a full menu visit our website here.

In addition to all the great food, the Fred offers a full selection of beverages including beer, wine (by the glass or bottle) and cocktails! A valid driver’s license or photo ID is required for any alcohol purchase.

Concession stands can accept cash, credit or debit for payment.

Fred fans can also elect to bring their own food or beverage into the venue.

ITEMS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE VENUE:

• Food
• Drinks
• Coolers no larger than 38 quarts
• Average size bags/backpacks (up to ONE cubic foot)
• Cameras with NO DETACHABLE LENSES – Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check Fred website concerning any special circumstances where cameras will not be permitted.
• Flameless candles and candles in glass containers that cannot tip over. All candles must be LESS than 6 inches in height.
• Smoking and Electronic cigarettes in designated smoking sections only.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE VENUE:

• Umbrellas, tents, canopies
• Professional cameras (see items allowed section)
• Audio recording equipment
• Illegal drugs/substances
• Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, industrial/camping-sized backpacks or anything over ONE cubic foot
• Large coolers over 38 quarts
• Laser pointers, aerosol cans, fireworks, noise making devices
• Animals (except service animals)
• Selfie sticks
• Banners, beach balls, frisbees, balloons
• Skateboards, skates, hoverboards, motorized vehicles
• Tables or TV Trays
• Grills
• Blankets
• Strollers
• Chairs (will be provided by the Fred)

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

ADA accessible spaces will be located in the venue parking lot.

AGES – this is an all ages event. You must have valid photo ID to purchase alcohol. Children over the age of two must have a ticket. Kids two and under must sit in their parent’s lap and cannot take up a seat or space on the lawn.

ATM – There are no ATM’s at the Fred but the box office and concession stands do accept debit and credit cards.

PETS – We love pets but for the convenience of all guests, pets are not permitted in this event unless they are registered service companions.

RAIN OR SHINE – Events at the Fred are rain or shine.
