One of Atlanta's favorite chefs, Richard Blais, is set to give a like cooking demonstration at the Variety Playhouse on June 27 at 3 p.m. The Top Chef finalist (and mind behind the stellar burger boutique FLIP) will be cooking up a three-course meal live on stage with the help of his very own "Trailblaisers" (oh puns, so underused in the world of gourmet cooking!), as well as talking about molecular gastronomy and his view of the future of food.
