One of the most influential indie rock bands of all time – The Pixies – recently announced an extension of their Doolittle 20-year anniversary tour, with 11 shows in the U.S., including a stop at Atlanta’s Fabulous Fox Theater on Monday, September 13.
The 14-track record was the second full-length release for The Pixies and featured some of the bands more popular tracks including “Debaser”, “Here Comes Your Man”, “Monkey Gone to Heaven” and “Hey.” According to several reviews, the band performs Doolittle from start-to-finish, followed by an encore of some of their other hits, including “Where Is My Mind?”
Tickets go on-sale to the public Monday, June 14 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.com. Pre-sale begins this Thursday, June 10 on Ticketmaster.com password: RIVAL.
