Those cool folks at Red Stripe and 790 The Zone are bringing some great music and yummy food back to Candler Park on June 18 for a FREE festival! Bands like Robert Randolph & The Family Band, JJ Grey and Mofro, Dr. Dog, The Dirty Guv’nahs and our own Ponderosa will be rocking starting at noon, and those who want to drink can buy a wristband for $10. And rest assured, you’ll be drinking for a good cause: proceeds from the wristband sales go to Embraced, a charity that provides orthopedic and prosthetic medical equipment for those in need.
There will also be a 5K, that raises money for Mary Lynn Elementary in Candler Park. And don’t forget – there will also be some amazing street food provided by Tex’s Tacos, The Pup Truck, The Fry Guy, Yumbii, The Good Food Truck and more.
