This summer’s “It Girl” Katy Perry is cementing her reign as one of this year’s best new artists. As her smash hit “I Kissed A Girl” remains number one atop Billboard’s Hot 100 and radio station countdowns throughout the country, Perry is preparing to release her new single- "Hot N Cold," also off One of the Boys. The energetic “kiss off” dance hit is sure to follow the same path as “Girl.”
Perry is scheduled to shoot the official video for “Hot N Cold” later this month, and the song will officially hit radio in early September. “Hot N Cold” will make its live television debut on August 29, when Perry performs it on NBC’s The Today Show. Perry is also nominated for two MTV Video Music Awards– Best Female Video and Best New Artist; be sure to tune into the live show on September 9 to see Perry hopefully nab her much deserved Moon Men.
