Last night was the first ever prime time unveiling of the Grammy Awards Nominations. Atlanta rappers are definitely celebrated this year, along with a few country acts, Christian groups and producers and engineers.
4 out of 5 nominees for best rap performance by a duo or group included Atlantans-Outkast, T.I., Ludacris and Young Jeezy. New country act Lady Antebellum (which has members from Georgia) were nominated for best new artist as well as best country performance by a duo or group.
