Happy Friday, Atlanta! Before you get offline for the weekend, check out which new albums and songs you should download now!
“Our Apartment” by Aaron West and the Roaring Twenties
The name Dan “Soupy” Campbell may ring a bell because he happens to be the frontman of Wonder Years. Just last summer he released a solo album under the name Aaron West and the Roaring Twenties called We Don’t Have Each Other. What has been described as “fictional storytelling” can be proven true in the video for “Our Apartment” that was released exclusively on Billboard.

“On My Way” by Is Tropical
Billboard premiered this new track from Is Tropical this past Wednesday. New York not only served as a major source of inspiration for the song, but the band even did some recording right in the city streets. Since the indie/electronic quartet will not be releasing a full album until 2015, the band is hoping to hold fans over and keep the excitement up with “On My Way”.

“Drum + Fife” by Smashing Pumpkins
The Smashing Pumpkins have been releasing single after single to promote their upcoming album, Monuments To An Elegy. This latest track shows of the band’s talents and unique style thanks to the inclusion of a fife as well as Motley Crue’s Tommy Lee. Stereogum relayed their opinion on the song as well as shared how the child in the image is Smashing Pumpkin’s own Billy Corgan.
