The Echo Lounge was the main venue to truly benefit from the closing of The Point. Hurt only by its somewhat "hard to find/off the beaten trail" location, the Echo Lounge is a musicians club. It can be found at 551 Flat Shoals Ave. in East Atlanta. The stage was designed by musicians and the layout of the bar area means its the perfect place to catch a band. The venue holds close to 500 people including the very trendy side bar.
