Difficult to categorize, but easy to like, singer-songwriter Dave Daniels celebrates his newest eight-song release with a show at L5P’s Five Spot this Saturday, August 27. From the soulful, Memphis horn–influenced opener “Got One” to the Buffett-like acoustic reverie of “Back to the Island” Daniels mixes a winning combination of classic genres into something all his own. He’ll also be joined by the bird-like Adron and Super Dynamite Express.
Dave Daniels and his band PTA also play the Grant Park Summer Shade Festival on Sunday, August 28, at 3:45 p.m.
