There are many art and music scenes in Atlanta, Athens, Macon, Savannah and Milledgeville to celebrate. Unfortunately, we’ve come to realize not all these communities are aware of each other. We want to create an environment for these communities to meet and admire each other’s art forms!

So with this in mind, we hope SOSMA can be a safe and diverse, grassroots camping festival. We hope to plant a community from the many cultures that Georgia has to offer.

This will be our 2nd annual Festival and it would happen during October 4-6, 2018 at Oasis Family Farms in Sparta, Georgia.

4thAve at Vinyl

Friday, October 5th at 7:00pm

Event Link

The members of 4thAve, who range in age from 16 to 19, each competed individually in the ABC show BOY BAND, with three of the four making it all the way to the season finale. While they were ultimately not voted into the final group, they came out of the experience with a strong bond and a shared love for making music together. It should come as no surprise that these four have become such a distinctive combination, with personalities as unique and complementary as their voices.

Connor Christian and The Southern Gothic Boys at The Vista Room ATL

Event Link

Connor has spent the best part of the last decade as the frontman/pianist/guitarist for the country/rock outfit The Southern Gothic headlining across the country as well as sharing the stage with the likes of Willie Nelson, Corey Smith, Uncle Kracker, Heart & Styx. The group has seen much success in recent years including being named Billboard magazine’s ‘Band on the Verge’, 2015 GA Entertainer of the Year, Creative Loafing’s 2015 ‘Best Country Band’, and spending 4 weeks at #1 on CMT Pure 12-pack countdown with the video, “Sheets Down”. ‘Skeletons’ is his first solo project as ‘Connor’, and is a ride through the open roads of unique warmth and laid back grit of his sound.

Terror w/ Harms Way, Back Track, Year Of The Knife and Candy at 529

Sunday, October 7th at 7:00pm

Event Link

Terror formed in 2002 as a direct reaction to what was occurring in the underground musical scene that they called home. Disgusted with what was being presented and passed off as hardcore, they attempted to reclaim the bastardized genre by playing the music as it had originated; in it’s most raw, honest and angry form. Immediately, there was a connection with likeminded people across the globe, and led the band to continually play shows all over the world. Terror started as an idea, but quickly turned into a crusade. Terror captured the ferocity that the genre had been missing, and with their amazing work ethic and nihilistic approach to touring, they became the hardcore flag-bearers of this generation. As hardcore veterans, Terror joined the Victory Records roster with a bang, unleashing Live By The Code in April of 2013. The lyrics, paired with the album’s extensive layout laid out to music fans worldwide what it meant to truly live your life by “the codes” of hardcore. Supporting the genre community, sticking to your roots, and delivering the truth – these and much more illustrated what it really means to be in the hardcore family.
