Bay Faction + Short Fictions w/ Tenth Row and Pleasure Plateau at The Bakery

In the three years following s/t, Bay Faction toured, moved around, toured, graduated college, toured some more, and moved again. Agresti joined the band to replace the previous drummer, completing the trio as they exist today. Leading up to Florida Guilt they released only four songs, each one after the other so genre-agnostic that any attempt to predict what sonic landscape the forthcoming album would occupy proved futile. Even now, it’s difficult to classify Bay Faction. Rock and emo don’t fit, but does pop fit either? Clocking in at a concise 22 minutes, the LP is a stark and deliberate departure from the traditional emo sound they’d come to be known for. – HighSnobiety
Amyl and the Sniffers w/ Dinos Boys & Upchuck at The EARL

Amy Taylor (vocals), Bryce Wilson (drums) and Declan Martens (guitar) founded Amyl in their sharehouse in early 2016. They formed the band, wrote a handful of tunes and released their debut EP, Giddy Up, all in a span of twelve hours. Gus Romer came on board to play bass shortly afterward and Amyl and the Sniffers took its current shape: a grimy four-piece taking its cues from a diverse mix of genres including pub rock, Aussie punk, country and western and rap rave. The band set out to have as much fun as possible and scared up a whole lot of fans along the way.
Hollis Brown at Smith’s Olde Bar

Hollis Brown is an American Rock ‘n’ Roll band. Named after a Bob Dylan song (“The Ballad of Hollis Brown”), the band was formed by Queens-natives and songwriters Mike Montali (lead vocals/guitar) and Jonathan Bonilla (lead guitar). Both 2nd-generation immigrants (Italian-American and Puerto Rican-American, respectively), they soon found their musical brethren across America, recruiting Andrew Zehnal (drums) from Cleveland, Adam Bock (keyboard/vocals) from St. Louis, and Scott Thompson (bass) from Boston. The band has toured extensively in America and Europe, headlining and supporting such bands as The Zombies, Jackie Greene, Heartless Bastards, Rich Robinson of Black Crowes, and Jesse Malin, and building an impressive fan base on both continents. Light The Torch / Moon Tooth / Saul / Challenger Deep at The Masquerade

Formerly known as Devil You Know, Light the Torch is a Los Angeles, California-based melodic metalcore outfit with ties to a host of other extreme metal acts like All Shall Perish, Killswitch Engage, Devolved, Bleeding Through, and Blood Has Been Shed. Devil You Know formed in 2012 around the talents of Devolved drummer John Sankey and All Shall Perish guitarist Francesco Artusato. Recruiting former Killswitch Engage singer Howard Jones, the band went into the studio to begin work on a debut album. With an LP under their belt, the group inked a deal with Nuclear Blast, and with the realities of touring looming, recruited guitarist Roy Lev-Ari and bassist Ryan Wombacher to fill out their ranks. The band’s debut full-length, The Beauty of Destruction, arrived in 2014. A sophomore effort, They Bleed Red, followed in late 2015, and featured the single “Stay of Execution.” In 2017, the group announced that, due to legal issues regarding the departure of drummer John Sankey, they would be operating under a new moniker. With new drummer Mike Sciulara (Extinction A.D.) in tow, the newly minted Light the Torch released Revival in March 2018.
Joined by Moon Tooth (named top 50 of 2019 by Rolling Stone Magazine), Saul and Atlanta’s own Challenger Deep, this is a heavy hitting show not to be missed!
