Atlanta’s sports radio 790 The Zone hosts the annual Midsummer Music Fest at Candler Park, Saturday, June 19. The free day-long festival is packed with music from local Atlanta acts including The Lefty Williams Band, Soulphonics & Ruby Velle and Gringo Star; as well as national and international bands like Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk, The Wailers and Better Than Ezra.
Along with an excellent lineup, the Midsummer Music Fest celebrates 790 The Zone’s 13-year anniversary and will hosts a 5k road race the morning of the festival, for which the radio station is donating $5,000 for the Candler Park Neighborhood Association.
