What’s the first gig you ever attended?
I think my mom took me to see Kenny G. when I was nine. yup. It was…pretty special.
What is the best gig that you ever played/performed?
It’s hard to say what the best one is. The Fox Theater in Boulder Colorado is one of my favorite places to play in the world.
What is the best gig you have ever seen?
It could have been Bon Iver a few years ago. I’ve never seen a room more entranced. Gillian Welch was pretty breathtaking as well.
Gig you would most like to play?
One with good sound and good people. I’m a cheap date.
What would be the lineup for your dream gig?
It would be in my kitchen. With Leonard Cohen. it really sounds great in there. maybe Elizabeth Cotten could open.
